What is Cliteropexy (Surgical Clitoris Reduction)?
As we all know, the Clitoris and G-Spot play the key role in sexual arousal. The clitoris is the counterpart of the glans penis in men, and it is one of the regions that increase in volume during sexual arousal, which we call EROGENOUS. In some women, the skin fold on the clitoris may be too large that may constitute a deformity and can make the clitoris look larger. Besides this anatomical and aesthetic problems, it can also cause orgasm and sexual pleasure-related problems by reducing– preventing the stimulation of the clitoris. Extremely large clitoris causes the women feel uncomfortable due to aesthetic concerns while wearing swimsuits or tight dresses, pants, tights, etc., and this condition also adversely affect her social life. In women with such a problem, we can remove the excess fold of skin on the clitoris by performing aesthetic surgical procedures in order to reduce clitoris. By doing so, we not only correct the aesthetic appearance, but also solve certain problems of the patient such as lack of sexual pleasure and inability to have orgasm during sexual intercourse.
Surgical reduction of the clitoris is called CLITOROPEXY. It gives very satisfactory results both for women with sexual arousal disorders and in cases where the condition causes aesthetic problems. Cliteropexy surgery is a surgical procedure that can be performed in a doctor's office setting. The procedure can often be performed under general anesthesia, and if necessary, excessively large labia minora can be aesthetically corrected as well, by performing the cliteropexy operation in conjunction with labiaplasty. Since the procedure does not harm the hymen, the procedure can also be performed on virgins.
